Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. He is a board member of Acts 29 Network he is the Director for Pastoral Care. Dwayne is passionate about empowering the future generation of biblical counselors. He is part of the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of numerous online publications, and also a contributor in Christ-Centered biblical counseling: Changing lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars).
